It was a really shocking and upsetting news. I can't believe he did it again, that idiot. I just found out last week that one of our colleagues was let go. No warning, just a word of good bye, giving two month notice, sufficient time to find another job. That bastard did not even speak to HR or the Management regarding this to see if there is internal transfer possibility. What more ridiculous is that there are two more person on the chopping board, and both from his team. He still proudly told HR that the one who was just let go was the seventh person he had asked to leave. That said so much about him and his character - a lousy, shameless bastard!

I would appreciate if you keep My Department (MD) updated when you have a new logo. Your brains are so washed up and screwed and you know I can't read your empty mind right? I know MD is fucking unimportant to you and we are just like your servants, always at your service, but hey, if your fucking selfish brain is not working, don't fucking work here and make things difficult for me. If I had not notice it, and you didn't say, and when everything goes to print - who's to blame? Obviously you. But who will have to clean up your shit? Obviously me. Idiotic piece of shit.

The director has been with us for almost a year now. What has he achieved?

All he did was a pathetic event attended by less than 50 people, and half of them are non-paying delegates. Pathetic.

And... still ask me to source for venues for a 15 people training session. I organize huge events and I really don't have time for your mini-tiny small events.

Stop hiring people to form your pathetic conference team, all the earnings have to cover your losses. Gheez.

Ms Delay got complained by another colleague (yet again, why am I not surprised)! This is not the first time anyway, her brief is always so short and unclear, and most of the time, confusing. Whatever information she provides... oh wait, there's no information. Whatever she said is like not saying anything at all. What happened was she asked Marketing to put up some information on our website, but did not give Marketing any content - so seriously, what to put on the website?

Alright, I really want to go for my lunch, but I must share this idiotic act that He did, not once, not twice, but a few times! Why would someone be so shameless to ask your receptionist to take a taxi from the office (yes, He works flexible hours!) to his house, then pick him up and return to the office. At least 50 minutes of our receptionist's time is wasted just because He couldn't get a cab.

Yesterday my colleagues and I were discussing about that Head of Department (HOD) in our company. HOD is like the government. He acts like he is advocating democracy, but in fact he is an autocrat. On the surface, he acts like he wants to hear what you have to say and welcome you to rebut his ideas then say things like "I'll let you make the decision".

Seriously? My eyes are rolling half-way-round-the-world!

HOD is the type of person who already knows what he wants yet likes to waste people's time by asking for feedback and opinions. What is the point of asking feedback and not taking it in at all? It is okay to be superficial, let's be honest, we all were superficial at some point in the work environment. But people like HOD wants to make your opinion his decision - that is his ultimate goal. This fake democracy is making me sick.

There are two types of very annoying people that I encountered today. The first is the type where they put aside whatever you ask them to do or review, but expect to get immediate response from everyone else. The second type is the kind when you have sent them what needs to be done long ago, yet they'll still ask you if you have done it. I call them Ms Delay and Mr Clueless.

You know how irritating and annoying is it when Ms Delay response to your email that was sent a month ago, then ask you to get things done within the same day? The fact that Ms Delay left the email unread for the past one month in horrible! If all Ms Delay's co-workers have issues with her, then the 'problem' is very obvious here. 

Then there come Mr Clueless who doesn't read his email and still ask if you have done what is required. If Mr Clueless don't bother to read what I have emailed him, then why bother asking me if the work has been done? Idiots.
